SB11 - We Lived For GAMEDAY: part four

With a few hours before game time, we decided to pick up our tickets and beat the lines.

Poor Baby Joe got to ride like that, and I'm not sure what Skylar's problem was.

It's a good thing we went early though or we would have missed out on these family photos:

As we were leaving, there were already students lined up to get into the arena.  Some crotchety old man yelled at them and told them they couldn't lay down on the floor.  They were in a 12+ hallway with moving sidewalks on either side, and maybe taking up four feet, but as he said, "WE DON'T LAY DOWN AROUND HERE!  GET UP!"

Before we could get out the door of the arena, Skylar met some cheerleaders from Boise (who we were playing later), and decided he needed a picture with them.

They were all ready to take a nice picture with him, but Skylar threw down his thumbs at the last second.

And yes, Skylar is a walking oxymoron with his Institute shirt and bare midriff.

The boys decided they wanted to go check something out at the Flamingo.  We got dropped off at the mall to hit up H&M.  Janae and I weren't acting like men at this point, just ten year olds as we got ourselves some best friend shirts and schrunchies (yes, you read that right, SCHRUNCHIES).  They really came in handy later.

We met back up with the boys to go to the game, but had a few more adventures first.  At the Flamingo, Skylar proceeded to repeatedly gamble with one penny and cash out one penny at nearly every machine we passed.

We also did the Scotsman on the Strip as we waited for a light to change.

I'm sure everyone loved that.

As I mentioned before, our new scrunchies came in handy.  We already loved each other, but the scrunchies sealed the deal.
